The checkout process automatically forces you to sign up for a credit account, which I did not request.
Therefore a credit check is done, I clearly passed this test as my limit was immediately £200. I paid immediately.
I had already added a sale item to my basket and I was forced through signing up as part of the checkout no option to buy as a guest. So they got me on their mail list and I will be bombarded with tons of crap catalogues no doubt.
The delivery via Hermes was swift can't fault it.
The item I purchased was very thin, knitwear? and smelt of manufacturing finish, so I removed the labels/tags as you do, and washed on lower degrees than instructed 30 degrees (in machine on its own) and having just extracted it from machine counted over 20 threads pulled. having cut the label off and washed the garment I am dismayed to find I will be charged a restocking fee for returning it without even wearing the item!!! .
I've logged back onto website to leave review of item or discuss via live chat but am unable to do either.
It's all rigged so everything looks good review wise review by invitation only!
I have removed my card details from my account profile and written to customer service to cancel my account and remove my details from their mail lists. They will answer me in 48 hours or I can call using a 10p a min phone line!
The item is NOT fit to clean the floor with absolute TAT.
Don't even bother using them waste of time and money buyer beware!!
I will be getting a full refund under the distance selling and sales of good act.

Click and collect works well from an Internet order. Smooth, easy to park at collection point, good directions to locate pick up point.
In store they are very helpful, can-not do enough for the customer. Showed me the way to collect goods and even took me down a few floors to show me another area of the store I'd expressed an interest in.
Am currently awaiting a next day delivery on a product ordered online. Communications very good, and in conclusion I have tried every method of shopping and delivery collection offered.
The price match and extra warranty on certain products are second to none.

Footwear can come up a little smaller, so always take the great advice of the friendly call centre operators when telephoning.
