Delivery Issue

I've used Euro Car Parts for a number of years and as well as the great quality of parts, the fact delivery is free and quick is a real bonus.
I did have a problem with a recent order though. the order was submitted in two parts but only one arrived. I tried to contact the couriers direct as the system stated the parts had left Euro Car Parts the previous day and were now in the warehouse of a third party delivery agent. I tried to contact the agent and all I got was a recorded message which said "Thank you for calling, please hang up" !!!!!!!!!!! so, I contacted Euro CP direct via the web chat service. I was connected to Barry within a minute and he resolved the problem within 10 minutes. No hassle. The parts were delivered almost immediately. I then joked that if Barry was such a magician then he should try finding some parts for my classic Kawasaki Motorcycle. He tried and found !!!! I kid you not !!!! Top service, Top bloke. 10 out of 10 in my book :-)
