I received used trainers!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of trainers as a gift for my son. When they arrived, they had obviously been worn , were dirty and were even in a different make of trainers box, which is tatty. Tried to phone customer services but no number. You have to return them at your own expense or email for a return bag, which i have done. I am awaiting a reply. Watch this space.!!
