I find the quality of the products that Regency Chess Company is high. I product I bought though, didn't accurately represent the photos shown on their website. This was minor differences, more just concerns from my personal taste really. Even though there wasn't any problems with this product, the company gladly gave me a full refund and let me order a different product. I am happy for the second product I bought and for the quick response to my emails.
