Fine tuning would improve the business

It was difficult finding the details needed to return a part for refund of the surcharge made on the item I had bought.
The contact telephone number and return address could have been provided on the invoice to make the whole experience easier. It took the shine off the whole experience. I have shopped here before and would again as the prices are competitive.
