sometimes they forget to give you a free meal in short flights
apart from that all of the rest is good, but if you have been waiting quite long queuing to leave them your big luggage, and everything else, you do need a little meal

pay for everything, even if they can not prove it
I took a plane from Valladolid a month ago. They told me my luggage was too big, I proved them wrong, and then they told me it was too heavy without any scale system. I had to go back and give some of my stuff to my family through a nice police man, who was looking at me like saying "you are not the first one" otherwise I was not able to take the plane. Rubbish company, they are trying to make you pay for everything
