I have used Travel Republic to book a number of holidays and hotels. It's fantastic!
I ordered a few items form Confetti for my wedding and 4 of them arrived wrong. I ordered 3 tea light holders with heart designs and received butterfly designs instead. I also ordered block letters that are supposed to spell out LOVE, instead I received LOEE. When I e-mailed to ask if they could send another a.s.a.p. and give me an address to send back with free postage, they asked for a photograph of the wrong item first. This was just a few days before my wedding so I did not have any time to faf about with photos and so did not have items in time for wedding!!! Also I have still not been sent address to be able to send items back postage paid!
Will not be using website again!

The reason we ask for photographs of the items is to save you going to the extra trouble of returning them to us. This allows us to make sure that your enquiry is rectified as soon as possible and with minimal delay to you.
We could certainly send you a freepost return label so you can send the items back to us. We will happily replace your items or refund you for them, whichever is your preference.
