Poor product- worse service from maplin

I bought an 'efergy' meter, for monitoring power consumption.
To ensure that it worked over a long period it had to be tested over a period of a month. the unit missed certian days , and did not record the 'monthly readings. the manufacturers said it was faulty.maplins refused to refund saying it was over 28 days old . TRUE ! but the only time we knew it was defective was after a months usage.
the co onlyrelucantly offered a credit note.


Great product , poor delivery

I have bougfht simillar products before , so know they arev what i require. The delivery was poor, due to DPD , not reading the delivery note OR the large sign on the door that said where to leave the parcel , if there was no reply. I often receive parcels
and there is never a problem. with the arrangements in hand, except on this occasion. When trying to contact DPD , their website would not allow alteration of delivery address.
