I would not go near a luxury brand now.
I bought a C5 Aviator Automatic and it just oozes quality.
When City Link are expected I can plan my day and their tracking uses terms that real world people can follow.
One thing that might make me think twice guys . There is a small easily missed label on the large package worded to the effect of: "will not entertain returns for damaged or defective goods once signed for".
This type of rhetoric on packages always worries me, it carries no legal weight whatsoever and is impractical to adhere to anyway. It does much however to convey a negative image of Customer Service, especially to non trade buyers taking delivery at the doorstep.
When buying from an online vendor that is passing on the cost of using a brand courier, I expect assurances and reassurances.
Do yourselves a favor guys and ditch that wording.
