Secret Escapes

Bear of Rodbrough, appalling

Booking through Secret Escapes was easy and efficient,but the Hotel was poor,very tatty and needed some TLC.we left a day early, explained our problems to the receptionist and even filled in one of their satisfaction cards and they said the manager would contact us, never happened.
