Easy to use web site, but need persistence & patience to collect.
Great concept and TCB make it fun to get cash back. Website is well designed and very user friendly.
However, both instances where I have made a claim for cashback after a purchase, I had to lodge a follow-up claim as no money was returned from the shops. -This is a pain and can take months. But perhaps I have just been unlucky. Whatever the case, its always nice to get some money back and I will persevere with TCB as they present a friendly and helpful attitude towards its customers and again, nice to get some money :D

I always worry a little about an online shop I havent encountered before until I checked out reviews on google. Tried it and bought a game key quickly and easily.
Ziip uses worldpay which is a facility provided by Royal Bank of Scotland and helps which is respectable enough for me to use :D
