I emailed 4Bathrooms to check the shower cubicle & plinth that I wanted was in stock & could be collected. No response, so I telephoned and on the 5th attempt my call was answered. The lady checked all items were in stock and were "reserved" for me for collection two days later. Today I got an email response to my email from days before saying plinth not in stock & will take a few weeks. This is the day before collection! The shower is no good without a plinth! Emailed back to say I had one reserved & they just responded saying not in stock. Now busy looking online to source elsewhere as feel badly let down - had bathroom taken out after they told me in stock so need to buy tomorrow. Wish me luck!
