I have flown with Ryan Air a few times. Was bitten by the baggage cost the first time. Now I know the small print I either pay up front for a bag or dont take one.
I asked for an extra tea bag to make my on board tea strong and was charged full price for a tea!!!! ( I was not using another cup, nor more water or milk)
Thats why they only get 4 stars.
I ordered a portable air conditioner. The process was very easy and it was delivered on time. However it was faulty.
I rang the company and my first impression was WOW. If you use the phone that you registered with they know who you are. I know this is simple technology but it impresses me never the less.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
They send a returns form and I requested a different model as a replacement.
No trouble at all.
Old unit picked up, new unit delivered a week later.
Very very happy
I have had the misfortune to use Yodel on 2 occasions.
One was for a return - after many failed hours on the phone to them we rang Amazon and insisted they change the pick up company. The new one came within a day and picked up the return.
The second was for a delivery, they drover over my flower bed and we are still trying to contact them.
I would never use them again if I had a choice
