I ordered some personalized gift items for Christmas and I was blown away by the quality of the work. My message was carved very nicely and the quality of the products was exceptional. Pricing was very good and reasonable and acceptable delivery times even though delivery could have been a bit quicker but I do understand its Christmas peak.
Photobox ROCKX ! I have been using them for some time now and they never ever fail to deliver. I do custom graphics and their online tool is awesome and easy to use. Their canvases are freaking awesome with top notch quality as advertised. Good delivery time, very good packaging and overall great customer service. Love this company to bits :-)
I fly Norwegian regularly and its the best flight service ever. They time keep extremely well even if the delay is caused by weather they make it up by flying fast ! yes no kidding. It's like the only airline which arrives SOONER than the schedule, Which is amazing. Never had that experience with other airlines. They have very very good staff who are extremely friendly (Probably a Norwegian thing) and helpful. They have wifi on board which is free and very fast. It helps quite a lot cause I can catchup with my work when I'm flying or browse the internet. They have good food and snacks and prices are very good.
One criticism is that they charge you if you want to change your dates and its not cheap. They need to put the prices down for their "valued customers" if they want to change dates or add extra luggage.
I was with virgin media for over 9 months on a 10MB broadband. It worked fine even though the speed wasn't up to "10MB" as they claim to be. I moved house and then upgraded it to 30MB. After upgrading the internet slowed down even below 10MB. After calling the customer services they told me there is a "maintenance" work in my area and it wont be fixed for a month. But I wasn't told. When my new broadband was installed the engineer who showed up was the rudest man I ever encountered. He refused to run a cable to my room and warned me it will carry "extra charges" he was clearly lazy and got upset when I asked him to do some "work" But I finally managed to resolve the issues by calling the customer services. I recently wanted to get a TV line and then they landed a bomb. Price is reasonable but they want me to pay £49.99 for installation. Right to place a TV box and connect a cable I will pay you £50.
It's not a bad company but as usual it doesn't take care of its customers. Their broadband is not super fast or SPECIAL as they claim to be. I got 30MBPS but still can't load a youtube clip any faster than my 3 net work wireless broadband via my ipad2
Very disappointed. Will be cancelling broadband as soon as the contract runs over.
I ordered some products for my new born baby via babycare. Unfortunately it was passed to Yodel. This is probably the worst company on planet earth. I paid £7.99 for a next day delivery but my delivery never arrived. I contacted them via email and phone (Costs 10P per min) and nothing. I finally cancelled my order via mothercare which returned my money (Which obviously lost me as a customer after that) But my toddler was left without his necessary items for a week. Curse on you yodel and mothercare. Companies like you has lost your soul and morals. If you can do this to a toddler you will do anything for money. NEVER EVER USE A COMPANY WHICH WORKS WITH YODEL EVER. DO YOUR RESEARCH before even you order something online.
