Looks like Amazon are running down the DVD rental service. After splitting the Post?streaming service and now appear to be throttling back on my DVD's. I Have the 3 disc service which used to send out a new disc the same day as received. Now it's 2+ days. Same happened with Blockbusters before they went bust. I assume Amazon will drop the postal service, but that's no good to me as even with TalkTalk fibre I still get streaming problems.Quality is never as good when streaming either., plus you have to pay extra for all the decent films. Time to look for a new DVD rental service.

The whole process of consultation, operation and aftercare was very professional and with no pressure. I'm very glad I had it done, only wish it'd been sooner. Whilst warned because of my age that I would require reading glasses, I still don't over 18mths later. My sight isn't perfect & I didn't expect it too be, but it's as good as. I no longer have problems with uncomfortable contact lenses, switching between normal and sunglasses, glasses fogging up coming in from the cold, or searching for my glasses first thing in the morning. Following the operation I had one day of fairly bad discomfort, but by day two I was walking around normal. It took about a year for my vision to fully settle down but the aftercare I received continued until I and the optician were satisfied. The only negative was I hadn't really prepared for the operation and expected each eye to be done individually, not creating both flaps before lasering, so was a little unnerved during it.
