I purchased a digital drum kit for my son's Christmas last year, 11 months on one of the cymbal pads failed, I wrote a quick a mail to Gear4Music's help mailbox on Sunday simply asking how do I go about a warranty claim. 24 hrs. later i got a return mail with an apology and a promise of a replacement part, Wednesday replacement part arrived.
No hassles, No chasing, all sorted within 4 days - that's what customer service is all about.
I've always been wary of ordering anything online especially fragile items, so I was a little nervous about ordering bottles that neede to travel such a long way, however after a couple of days my package arrived exceptionally well packaged and with broken bottles . Happy days. I will definitely be ordering from here again as the service and selection on offer are fantastic.. Price aint too bad either :)
