Perfect everytime
Any time I've ordered anything it has arrived within 2 days, and living in Ireland this is great news. Delivery is cheap also. Items are always perfect and cheapest prices I can find. Customer service is also fantastic, live chat solves any questions instantly. Can't fault them

Bad waiting time and emailing experience
10 days after purchasing my watch I had not received either my watch or any communication regarding it. I emailed 3 times with no response. In the end I rang up their customer care who were not very helpful and who told me my watch wasn't in stock and would be sent to me 'tomorrow'. Another 4 working days passed so I rang again and was finally told it was dispatched. Not once did I receive an email reply or any communication, I felt I had to chase down the company for information.
That being said, when the watch finally arrived it was in perfect condition in the box, a beautiful watch, and watchtown provided the cheapest website online, even cheaper than Amazon
