Fantastic experience! Personal service from the store (in this instance, Huddersfield). The gentleman who assisted us, D, was extremely helpful, patient and innovative in this thinking. He was flexible around our needs and timescale and made all arrangements. The delivery was the following day and at a very prompt early time as we had requested. So far not experienced the actual goods as they are not fitted as yet however so far I would highly recommend the Huddersfield store. Again the experience was fabulous, I had 3 bathrooms to choose in a short timescale and the support I received was first class, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I changedy mind!
