Having the forums to go to for help and advice, as well as for the excellent customer service section is just great. No one else can rival this and its a great asset to the company. They always have plenty of stock, or can help you when something is out of stock. They have new items quickly and are always great with pricing.
Finally, the website is so well laid out and just pleasant to use, with the search function being fast and effective and product categories always well labelled.
