Booked a last minute holiday with these people, when we got to the airport car park, they hadn't booked that for us, if I hadn't have printed my confirmation I would have had to pay for that again. Then at the terminal, we check-in and one of the names is wrong, so we had to re-queue and pay £50 to change that which nearly made us miss our flight, then when we reach our destination, our bags did not arrive, not low costs fault, however this is the first time now I try and ring their 'if your abroud and have a problem' number! Useless and expensive.
Then they hadn't booked our private transfer that we paid for and had to wait on the half coach which wouldn't leave until it was full, from the next flight, in an hours time!!
Tried to get hold of them all through the holiday with no success!!

Although Mazuma Mobile dont pay out as much as other companies, the speed at which they pay out cannot be faulted, I posted my phones on the 12th June and received my payment on the 13th, the day they received the phones, amazing. They were only offering about £20 less than the other providers also.
