Adnams
Excellent Shop
Use my local Adnams shop in Harleston quite a lot. The staff are always very polite and if you are not quite sure what you want they are extremley helpful.( Nothing is to much trouble)
The wines are very good and competivley priced compared to supermarkets. Why go to a supermerket when you've got a Adnams shop on your doorstep.I'll definitley be going back again and again

Poor service
Bought upwright freezer and paid to have the door changed to open the
other way. Left bits of and had to get Bosch to come out and put it right.
Only want to sell you extra insurance
John Lewis
Good products. Polite, helpful staff
Use John Lewis quite a bit. Recently bought large item in Norwich Store
but wanted it delivered to Guilford in Surrey . no problem said it would be there in 2 days and it was.
Amazon
First class service
Used Amazon a lot and always received items by the date stated or earlier. Excellent service and customer support.
Mowdirect
You won't find anywhere better
Having bought several items from mowdirect, found the service I
received to be excellent, all the staff are very polite and do every thing possible to help. Next time I require something I will be buying it from mowdirect. Why go elswhere when you know that mowdirect
will look after you. Even after you have bought something and had it a while they still care and do everything they can to help. Definitley
WILL NOT be going anywhere else.
