Having read other very similar experiences to mine I felt compelled to post also. I get the impression Golf247's business model is to only send orders out once they're chased wks after ordering?? Very odd setup.
After call 1, wks after ordering & the first "it'll be with you tomorrow", I finally received my order- one of the items was the wrong model. Call 2 to say I was sending back the next day & to send the correct one with refund on my return postage for sending incorrect item. This was completely ignored for wks. Call 3 asking where it was, response "be with you tomorrow", it wasn't. Call 4 to chase again, "be with you by end of the wk", finally came the following wk. Whole process start to finish- 2 months.
In future I'll pay the extra premium at the likes of direct-golf & american golf just for the security of knowing I'll actually get what I ordered! & within the specified times.
