I had to keep phoning up to see where my products were. I was told if I ordered them early on Thursday morning, I was likely to get them on Friday or Saturday that week. Nothing! Nor the following week, but the Monday the week after. They kept saying different products were waiting to be ordered in, yet there was no mention of the lack of stock on their website. After waiting 11 days the products eventually turned up well packaged. Except on close inspection of the Ronseal paint tins (x2) the labels were overstuck on both tins onto different label/products. The lids had metal clasps holding them down along with gaffer tape. I phoned Ronseal and they informed me this was strange. Ronseal told me they would send me 3 brand new tins as replacements with free delivery. Excellent stuff! Ronseal also informed me to get a refund on the two suspicious tins, still awaiting phone call, surprise, surprise! Would not use Transtools again after this poor experience. Waste of time and money, could have everything painted by now.
