Such Poor Service!

I will never ever use these guys ever again, after ordering a bed with a listed 2-3 week lead time. I am now in week 7 & still have no sign of my bed! Ater calling these guys at least 5 times, & waiting each time over 10 mins to get through, I now been told that they cannot give me a delivery date at all, as yet 'WHAT' So when the hell were they going to tell me this. If I had not rang them |I would have never found this out.
Plus also to note I never got the promised callbacks from staff!
So as a result I have cancelled this order & gone else where! Shocking service! They are quick to take the monies but not so quick to deliver!
