Waiting for a parcel on a 3-5 day delivery - a birthday present for my son. After 5 days their site said parcel was delivered but I hadn't received it. Their website has no contact number on it but I managed to track one down and phoned up. They refused to give me any info "because I wasn't the sender" but they would "raise a query" with the courier and I might hear in 24 hours. The next day still nothing and after numerous phone calls to some very unhelpful people someone eventually told me "oh it hasn't even been collected yet, it's been a tracking error". What? So you would think they would rush over and collect it and express delivery it on a 24 hour service. But oh no - it'll just be 3-5 days from when it gets collected. Seriously? What a complete joke.
And why don't they have their number on their website? "Because we're a web based company." No, you're a human being sitting in a physical office working for a company that has a website that doesn't bother to give customers their phone number. You're not a web based company - just a company hiding behind a website.
