Soft, comfortable but gives great support.
The Adams cervical collar with mouldable polysterene beads gave me great support and comfort. It moulds to the shape of your neck and gives comfortable support where most needed. Perhaps being white is a disadvantage as it is not discreet for wearing in public, for example, I wear mine on flights and it is very noticeable. Perhaps a more neutral colour would be a good idea. However, the collar is fully washable and its benefits greatly outweigh the slight embarrassment of its colour. I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering with the effects of a neck injury.

Nothing was too much trouble
Bought a part and as it turned out, I had ordered an incompatible part. Their tech service was excellent, talked me through my problem and had no qualms about refunding me.
Faculty-X will be my first port of call.
