Laptop less than 2 months old died. After two hours in store they agreed hardware fault. Refused refund or to to exchange. Lied about phoning me back. Have to wait up to 28 days for repair. Appalling. I could go on about the huge inconvenience and loss of revenue but that's not even the issue. An item costing hundreds of pounds should last longer than 2 months and there should be no quibbling about it.
They only get 1 star as I can't give them none.
