I had been using just eat for about 2 month with no problems. But when i place my last order it was nothing but agro.
I had place an order at about 8pm. My order tracking page had said accepted but restraunt and was due approx 8.45 - 9pm. Great i thought. Well 9 pm came and past.(very slowly as i had a hard day at work, was tired and hungry).
So i contacted just eat with their online customer services. I was told that the order had not been recieved by the restraunt. So i had asked how that could have happend seeing as i had paid online and the tracking page had said accepted by restraunt. i could not get an explention for this. So the lady from just eat said the next step would be to either refund the money to my account which would take 48hrs or she could send me a e-voucher for the amount and place another order. Waiting to be refunding 48hr was unnacceptable in my book. if the money can come out of my account in a matter of minutes, the refund should do the same. Any way it was now rolloing on to 10pm so i asked for a e-voucher. i was told it would be emailed to me within 10 mins. No it took 30mins. then i would not work. i was then told i had to clear my cache and cookies for the voucher to be accepted. Never in my life have ever herd such nonsense. They then sent me another code which finnally worked but when i had ask for the name of the manager at their office they refused to give it to me and cut me off.
i finally sat down to eat dinner at 11.30 pm.
Needless to say i will not use them again. i have now switch to one of there compition companies which i am very pleased with.

The website was user friendly. i had no problems ordering. I ask for next day delivary which is exactly what i got. very prompt. There was no need for me to track the order.
i am very happy with my product and will use the service again aswell as recomending it to others.

The agent should have been able to tell you what the issue was with the order and you should have been sent full instructions on how to add the voucher to your account.
