I recently ordered the wrong product for our dog (Puppy instead of Senior...and no, she isn't in her second childhood!) and they processed the sending of the correct feed immediately, the courier collected the incorrect order when delivering, and the refund of the original was processed within a few days with a small deduction for having the courier pick it up.
