only downside - we were given the option to book private airport transfers, £90.00 return, which we did thinking this would be as competitively priced, then found out from other holiday makers if you search the internet you can get for £40.00 return!

I ordered and cancelled a washing machine in April and have still yet to be refunded the money !!!!!!!!

Just to be clear on previous events;
on Saturday 28th April 2012 I ordered a washing machine online from Ultimate Appliances for GBP283.79 and paid by Mastercard
on Saturday 4th May 2012 I cancelled the order via email due to numerous change of delivery dates - this cancellation was confirmed by email from [name]
Late on Wednesday23rd I had a message left on my home answer phone from [name] from Ultimate Appliances saying my washing machine would be delivered on Thursday 24th May
On Thursday 24th May I spoke to [name] and explained the situation and asked that the refund be processed and delivery cancelled, he confirmed this would be done. On the same day a delivery man tried to deliver the washing machine I refused to accept it and he returned it to the warehouse
On Friday 25th I spoke to [name] who sent an email (under the name [name]) to confirm that she personally had sent documents to the refunds dept and repayment would happen with 10 working days.
On Friday 8th June 2012 I spoke to [name], he advised me he was the supervisor and he couldn't find any details regarding the refund and when it would be repaid. I then sent an email to [name] confirming our conversation and after seeking Citizens Advice, again formally cancelling the appliance and asking for a refund. I also copied this email in desperation to a general Ultimate Appliance address and had an email back from [name] asking for my telephone number. I immediately replied by email and tried to contact her but without success for 3 days.
On Tuesday 12th June I spoke to [name] who advised me that she was Head of Refunds and that no refund was in process. She confirmed she would begin the refund process and send me an email confirmation within 24hrs. This has not happened !
On Thursday 14th June my husband tried to contact [name] without success and sent and so emailed [name] and has not had a response ever since.
