Have ordered with MyProtein before and the experience was outstanding - quick delivery and great product.
Second experience has been pretty poor. Website kept inexplicably emptying my cart meaning it took 4 attempts to complete my order. Despatch was very slow and when the items did arrive, the seals were broken on two of them.
Currently waiting for customer services to sort - so far they have replied only to suggest it is the couriers fault, with a big list of questions for me to answer. Should have just sent a replacement straight out
UPDATE - They refused to replace the items, waste of space!
Perfect shopping experience really. Site was easy to use, received order email straight away and goods came as promised. Very happy and would order again.
