you sent the wrong stuff.

You got half the order wrong then had no idea of the tracking process. The initial complaint from me wasn't logged. The carrier called twice to retrieve half the order
again two people working the system that doesn't appear to be joined up.
One employee can make a decision with regards an order without flagging up his actions across the system.
