Arrived on time and it didn't take an hour to get it out the box!
I've been growing to hate these packages that have been wrapped and wrapped in this indestructable parceltape. This was easy to get out the box, took me about 10 seconds.
I know that's not really relevent to the item (Alesis Multimix 4 USB) which was fine, or the price which was very good, but its a big thing for me.

Late and faulty item
Was disappointed to find item was about 10 days late, although I will take into account the frosty weather and flooding around this time. Product was faulty and I emailed the company to kindly collect and replace it. No reply. Had to ring them up a few days later and he said in passing that the returns department don't usually deal with that kind of thing (what do they deal with then?! I wanted it returned and that was the address given on the package?). They collected at agreed date, but I have recieved no information when I can hope to have my item back or a new one. I have been without it since I ordered at the beginning of September now.

Out of stock, but what a good price!
I got my product here for £20 lower than anywhere else, I was shocked there was no P&P costs, well pleased.
Not sure why it wasn't written on the website that it was out of stock though, but I didn't mind waiting, it arrived 4 or 5 days after anyway so it's all good.
