I paid for "next day delivery" for a parcel, which was finally delivered one week after it arrived in the depot in the same town as my customer's address. Customer support ignored me completely for the duration of the parcel being missing. I have been getting fobbed off with empty promises and poor excuses for 2 weeks now.
I have had no explanation for the poor service, and despite requests for contact details to escalate the complaint I am not further forward.
Absolutely abysmal service, apart from the polite cheerful driver who originally collected the parcel.
My advice to anyone considering using this company? Don't. Use Royal Mail. Use a pigeon. Deliver it yourself by bicycle. It'll be quicker, and cause you much less grief.
