Tesco

Don't shop in Tesco if you're Celiac!

I have recently been diagnosed with celiac disease and it is hard to find gluten free options in a supermarket at the best of times. Since my diagnosis I have been travelling to Tesco Extra Cardiff as I felt they had the best range of gluten free food. On my last shop I purchased free from produce over a week out of date and it wasn't until returning home that I realised. It is terrible that a complete lack of care is taken over checking and maintaining the gluten free section, had this section been a gluten containing product from the bakery I am sure this would not of happened. I find it disgusting that they claim to cater for people suffering with celiac however clearly don't care about the products which they are selling. It has been five days since reporting this to their customer services and I am yet to get a response let alone an apology. I advise any gluten free customers to check the dates carefully when purchasing produce or shop at another supermarket where more care is taken.

Protect your bubble

Do not use this insurance company!!!

Although this company provides cheap insurance it is obvious that the company is lacking in morals. On Monday night my phone was stolen after being assaulted by a male in a nightclub. After the stress of the incident I went home and went to cancel my mobile phone insurance the next day, only to find out that this company only allows you 12 hours to do so or else your insurance is not validated. I think this policy is absolutely disgusting. I am a female student living away from home and am one of the only people left here for summer, I had no phone to cancel my phone. I am extremely angry that I can not have a replacement after the horrible circumstances which I had to deal with and am outraged that I have been paying £6.99 a month for effectively nothing. I spoke to my mobile network provider and they believe the 12 hour cancellation period is also rediculous as they allow 48 hours, a realistic amount of time. I will be posting this message across as many forums as possible to spread the word on what a disgusting, robbing company you are.
