Ordered a pair of Oakleys, arrived exactly as described - delivered to Hong Kong in less than a week. Excellent from start to end.
Ordered some items almost 1 month ago - still hasn't arrived.
I have sent more than 5 emails about this, they haven't reponded. I also filled in a form via their website no reponse either. Then I tried the live help button on their website and the customer service telephone line. No answer from ANY of the channels and I've now wasted hours on hold.
I want the products I paid for, or the money back.
TERRIBLE cusotmer service at best. I'm genuinely starting to get worried that my money has dissapeared and there is no way of getting it back. I'll never use them again

Faultless service.
First item I order was an incorrect size (my mistake) and I needed the order chaging as quicly as possible for an upcoming race. Contacted them on the Monday and had the replacemt by Wednesday.
No complaints at all - I'll definately order from them again.
