I ordered my product on a Tuesday with hopes of delivery for the Friday. I picked up my puppy on the Friday with no sign of puppy food from yourselves. As it was a double bank holiday (queens jubilee) I accepted this and didn't think about it again until te following Thursday. Still no sign of my product. I then rang customer services and was promptly informed that I hadn't paid for my product and this is why I hadn't yet received it. 2 minutes later I provided my PayPal payment confirmation details and was then told that there had been a mistake between PayPal and yourselves but confirmed I had actually paid for the product and it would be dispatched the next day as a priority. At which point it was then said that in future I needed to check my order statuses changed from received to processed, as though it was my responsibility to check your back office were doing their job correctly. I felt this was quite rude.
Further to this, one week later I get a knock on the door from a neighbour who took ownership of my eventual delivery 3 days prior as I had been out at time of delivery but courier didn't leave a 'I missed you note' so I we unaware of this.
