Three days after I placed my order on its subwebsite mybags.com, the status was still awaiting dispatch, not as they promised "within 24 hours". I tried to cancel my order, but each time I sent the request I received an email saying it cannot be cancelled, since the dispatch is being processed. I went on waiting but still nothing changed. Then I called them and finally they agreed to cancel my order. However, after one week I'm still waiting for the refund. Have contacted them several times, but was always told to wait.
I regret I didn't check the comments here before I placed my order. I don't expect I can get my money back now. i think i met a fraud website.
