Spoke to Pedal On a couple of times before ordering and really got the feeling that the guy I spoke to a) knew bikes and the bike I was interested in, b) cared that I got what I wanted. and c) answered all my questions without making me feel stupid.
Ordered Friday morning, bike was shipped Friday late afternoon and arrived Monday. I'd been told it would probably not ship until Saturday and arrive Tuesday, so no worries there. All I had to do was put the handlebars and pedals on (exactly as I'd been told) - they had even got the seat height almost perfect - I've since lowered it about 1cm, but very close guess.
Same success with a very small order soon afterwards. And no postal charges.
