Don't deliver when they say they will
Don't deliver on time or when they say they will. Claim to leave delivery cards when they don't. Delivery drivers always seem to be lost! Problems difficult to resolve as all queries dealt with by automated system and no way of speaking to anyone, if your query doesn't fit into one of the automated answers you're stuck and if the driver doesn't leave a delivery card so that you have a reference your doomed!
Ebay
Always find a bargain
Can usually find what your looking for. Good support and they do help if you get into problems. Some sellers not good but ebay usually good at dealing with bad ebayers. Can be frustrating if you can't find the answer to your questions as everything is automated.
