I purchased a 10kg weighted vest around 5 weeks ago and when I got it I was pretty happy with it. It felt good when wearing it and seemed to be of good quality.
That evening though one of the straps on the vest tore and after messaging RDX they admitted it was a manufacturing fault and they would replace the product.
This is where my view of this company has gone down.
I was told that their collection company, Yodel, would come to pick it up and since then I have organised and re-organised 8 times to pick it up and replace my product.
So I have paid £40 or so for a product I have word once and have had for well over a month. The product is due for collection, again, today.
I will say though that when I have contacted RDX, they have said that Yodel have it on their system that they already have the product, so maybe it is not entirely RDXs' fault. However if they had taken the product back no.1 I wouldn't be on the phone making an inquiry about it & no.2 I'd have expected it back by now.
I'd have given the product 8.5-9/10 but customer service at 3/10
