I separated and moved-out, post what my ex called sky and transfered sky service to address where there was NO sky service, post what I received notification that I owe sky subscription fee for service that sky DID NOT provide to address where ex transfered service. Sky customer service did not listed and did not want to understand that there is NO SKY service on the new billing address - passed my details to Bailifts and treatened em with court. At same time - ex got "recomended" to Sky as new customer on the address where SKY had service for years - which enabled ex to get 75e from Sky as "new customer".. What a scam & sure this drives wrong behaviour... EX & newer back SKY customer
