I have recently started an account with HiFX so that I can transfer money to a young friend who lives in a poor part of the World and who I am supporting with his education and life.The service helps him have a better life.The service is caring and supportive of the clients and at a resasonable cost.

I received the service I was promised
My only matter that I do not really understand was the fact I had to wait about two weeks for my payment. I was aware of this because I was given the date the money would be paid in to my account so not surprised which was good. However why did it take so long to arrange after I received a the email confirming that payment would be made. Other than that the service was all fine.
