Ordered a number of trophies for my golf day, 9 days in advance of the event, with postage of 2-5 working days and specified in the order that they were required before the date of the golf day. 2 days before the golf day (and 6 days after ordering) an email was recieved asking about the personalised centres i ordered as they hadnt had proofs - it appears this was automatically selected when ordering though i didnt want them. So i advised these were not required and asked if they would be delivered the next day (as i would need them for the golf day the day after). Was advised they would. On the morning of the golf day (2 days later), still no trophies. My wife called from home to advise they arrived around 11am so i had to make a detour back to my home address to collect them at lunchtime (missing out on the lunch provided on the day), only to find there were two trophies missing. So the presentation at the end of the day was two trophies short - when i called to express my disappointment the lady was very nice bit could only offer refund of my postage cost. Not satisfactory service, and nota satisfactory compensation offer given the extra fuel incurred, lunch missed, and general embarrassment at not having trophies to present. Wont be dealing with them again
