Good products, poor customer service.
The products are pretty good quality and reasonably priced. I do however have a few problems: I think that the customer service is very very poor, taking a long time to reply or just completely ignoring you. If you try to ask any question about how their products are made then they just avoid the question or palm you off. If you ask about the quality of their whey, such as "what are the cows fed and do they use hormones?" then you won't get an answer.
They also need to have better offers and cheaper/free delivery to compete with some of the other online sites.

I'm sorry that you do not get full answers to your questions when you ask customer service. I have raised this with the customer service manager for review.
In regards to your question regarding the cows diet during the summer months most of the cows are housed outside and will be grass fed with some feed supplementation. During the winter when it is wetter and colder and the grass is growing, most cows are generally housed inside and fed a mixture of preserved grass (silage, hay etc. made during the summer months) and other feeds to supplement their diet (maize silage, etc). No hormones are used as it is against European law.
