Don't like that I can't call your company

Ww order a shower panel, it came fast. Very happy with delivery, however the hand held shower is leaking already and I don't allow anyone to use the handheld so it was no broken by someone. It just flat out leaks. It was a decent amount of money and I don't want to go through the hassle of taking it down and sending it back. Not even sure how to send back because there is no phone number to contact you.
