Avoid, try to find alternate carrier
Well I personally check with the mail order company and if I know they use Hermes I will avoid at all costs and find an alternate carrier or use next day by paying extra just to avoid them. Items i've ordered turn up when it suits the local carrier, items fail to turn up, you cannot set your watch using Hermes. In today's world with such ordering and high volume of parcels consumers should almost know where their parcel is and be given an expected delivery time i,e... am or pm.
Sorry Hermes it may just be your local Self-employed drivers, but mine is a nightmare for delivering.

Awesome delivery, quality products.
Would recommend shopping at Boohoo, quality items at good low prices. Delivery is superb compared to other Mail order companies, shopping at Boohoo gives me peace of mind from items ordered through to delivery.

Sadly your parcels appear knocked about, and previuosly when a 24 hr service has been arranged it didn't turn up as anticipated had to ring company who was uncertain of when my delivery would take place. If I know of an online store using Nightfreight I would avoid shopping with them through past experience.
