I obtained a business insurance quotes, sole purpose of pulling together a business plan for a new venture. Received the 3 suggested quotes after completing a short form. I have since received pushy sales calls from the broker company which is behind moneysupermarket.com. They are very pushy, and only interested in trying to secure a sale/commission. At no point are you informed that sales calls and emails will follow, and despite ticking the 'no marketing' option i still get hassled.
My advice to anyone thinking of using them: don't give them any contact details under any circumstances, unless of course you enjoy having your inbox filled with spam.
I only give one star as the system doesn't allow you to leave ZERO.
Pay for a next day delivery which is collected on Thursday, arriving at Aberdeen Depot (destination depot)on Friday morning only to sit there until the following Tuesday.
Pacels2Go uses other couriers to carryout the logistics such as TNT/DHL etc and immediately blames these partners when something goes wrong.
Don't try and leave any negative feedback on P2G Facebook or website as it is immediately deleted. Clearly only want folk to know about the good experiences and not the numerous occasions when things go wrong.
Poor service logistically and also the customer service abilities leave a lot to be desired !
Ive had really bad experiences whilst ordering groceries online with Asda.
Delivery Late (no warning/notice)
Customer Service appauling (dont know what they are talking about)
Substitution a joke (eg Butternut Squash substituted with Peanut Butter)
Have to assist drive to get your items from the van
Items frequently missing but charged
I refuse to shop online with them now!

I placed my order on 17th June for three items of which only one was in stock. This was fine as the two items would be in-stock again before end of June. I processed order-and made payment receiving confirmation my instock item would be delivered within 5 days and other items would follow.
I checked my order status online and no items dispatched and one of the other items had moved to an August delivery date. That's over a month later than initially suggested. I emailed dwell who promise a 24 hour response. I received a read receipt but still no answer to my enquiry/concerns.
Today 22 June I called and was advised that NO ITEMS had shipped as I hadn't called dwell after placing my order to arrange a suitable date, and that the first delivery slot isn't until 20 July..(not the 5 days advertised). I reluctantly cancelled the two other items...and hastily accepted the delivery date for the in stock item. I was told my £500 refund would take 7-10 days to process.
Still considering cancelling other item now.
WHY does the customer have to call to arrange delivery when ordering from website V odd..and not mentioned anywhere on site/confirmation?
WHY does it take a month to deliver instock items, esp when promote 5 day delivery?
WHY such extreme extensions to delivery periods for stock arrivals? WHY do i have to wait so long for refund when you took payment so quickly?
