No probs with the order but parcelforce awful

Very happy with hinges as ordered. But got home to a postcard from parcelforce with none of the boxes checked about how I retrieve the parcel. 3 days later a neighbour across the road dropped it round asking why I hadn't gone round to pick it up. I explained that parcel force had not checked any of the boxes on their card so I had no way of knowing what they had done with it. very unimpressed with the overall service. As a growing business I am testing out a wide range of suppliers to see how their service compares and frankly this is the worst by a long distance. A shame that the order itself is tainted by the delivery supplier.

Thank you for your feedback, I am disappointed to hear about the experience with your delivery.
We use couriers so that we can ensure a high quality service with full traceability and I will be taking this matter up with them to avoid any repetition in the future. I regret that you did not contact us straight away we would have been able to investigate the whereabouts of your parcel and hopefully reduced the inconvenience caused.
Please accept my sincere apologies and I do hope that you will give us the chance to demonstrate our normal high level of service in the future.
