Lovefilm
Great for renting movies etc and for watching online
I have been with lovefilm now for over 4 years and they are one of the very best companies for customer service they almost bend over backwards to help and solve any problems you may have .

no 1 best auction site
I have been a Ebay user for over 5 years now and have been happy with more than 95% of my transactions . If you do your homework on your sellers before dealing with them you wont go far wrong

Terrible service poor communication .
One of the worst companies you will ever deal with . thay have totally taken there ey of the ball since taking over dhl etc . Customer service non existing . They may be reasonable priced but if you want to keep your credabilitie then dont deal with them .
Furniture Choice
An excellent alround service and fast
I was really happy with furniture choice , they had a good range of branded mattresses at much lower than you would normally get , There delivery was very fast and communication was first class , I would recommend this company and i certainly would deal with them again . Thanks
